The Douglas R4D Skytrain Was a WWII warbird owned by the Dallas Forth Worth Wing of the Commemorative Air Force at the Lancaster Regional Airport in Lancaster, Texas. The aircraft was built in Oklahoma City in 1944 and delivered to the U.S. Navy where it saw combat as sub hunter. The plane was also used during the Berlin Airlift.
